Feels like it. I'll get there. Don't guess I'll ever be back to where I was before Meniere's but that's ok, everything changes at some point in life.
That's a good attitude but I'm not sure you believe it. None of us are what we were before something. This is horrible but it could be something worse. Half-full
Yes, it could definitely be worse. I'm grateful it's not. I am trying to believe it. If I say it enough maybe it will come true.
Great!! Hope you got to sleep in a bit today to make up for it. The highlight of my evening is coming on here.
I also look forward to my bag of kettle corn every night. Lower salt than regular popcorn and is sweet.
I'm feeling so so. Several times today I've turned my head and gotten dizzy and the room trails behind me. For example, when I turn my head to see if I can change lanes on the interstate. Yikes! It's a very mild feeling andi t only lasts a about 30 seconds then it's gone. Got the pretty cane from my grandma and put the ugly silver four foot base cane. Looks like it's for old people. Today I did a good bit of walking sideways. Rather leaning to my right as I walk. And almost had a fall in the shower. I usually lean against the shower wall when I am in there but lost my balance today in there and almost took the curtain down and all. That would've been a sight. About to go order my new glasses. I'm excited! I hope they come quickly. I need a life when buying new glasses is the highlight of my month. LOL
Me too. Got a refreshing long nap. I had to leave the store halfway done because my vision got blurry and eyes felt fluttery and was feeling a tad dizzy. I wanted to get home ASAP in case an attack was coming. I took a valium when I got home and gradually it subsided. I don't like getting in the middle of the store only to have to leave or worry about when it's going to hit me. Better go make dinner now.
Sorry about the attack. I hope you're feeling better now. Next time put the Valium under you tongue in the ladies room. Calm down because you know the Valium will help. Put so,e cold water on your wrists, face, and back of neck. Calm down, the worst that can happen is you have an attack anyway and need to call a family member for help. I've done this before.
