Hi there. I have been suffering from Meniere with all His nice symptoms for 20 years , and i have gone to many doctors with different specialities . I have taken tons of medications with no positive effects , therefore i stopped taking any more medications or visiting any ENT or Neurotologist or ... since 5 years and what i can say is that my hearing , tinnitus , dizziness and other related things to Meniere were somehow stabilised . Recently i had kidney problem and my GP prescribed ( CIPROFLOXAZIN (Cipro ) which is a wide spectrum antibiotic . After taking the medication my hearing declined greatly in my right ear with very loud tinnitus . I wanted to know if anybody here knows or has such an experience and if yes is the damage permanent or transient . I know for sure that all doctors will tell me "its not related to Cipro " Thanks and Regards Ray
