Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I successully did my colonoscopy without any vertigo! Istead of using gateraide which has alot of soldium, I used vita water zero, no sodium no calories, no sugar. I mixed the walmart brand miralax into it. Worked great and best of all no vertigo!
