    Good afternoon everyone,
I have had MD for 5 years now and have it under control sort off. But recently everytime I am watching TV or my tablet for a while I have started to feel very dizzy and nauseous. Has anyone else had these symptoms?
    Thank you.

Yes, I had these symptoms from the very start of MD. I have not found a remedy as of yet. I think the nausea and dizziness comes because the brain is trying to make sense of the input signals and is overworked from all the -let’s say - false input. A screen that is right in front of me like a laptop or a pc does not have the same effect as a smartphone or a tv that’s several feet away from me.

i tried all sorts ways to perhaps get rid of the dizziness but it never lasts. Like focusing a point on the screen and moving your head sideways/nodding etc..

Thank you for your reply. I will try to focus on a spot and see if that helps.

I have frequently been having the same problem however I am in a flare up at the moment. I have had several vertigo attacks start while watching TV or looking at my phone as well as some lesser transient unpleasantness. Sometimes I will just avoid TV altogether but when I do watch it I have found that looking down away from the screen for a couple of seconds every so often helps, especially if there is a lot of camera movement.
