you need to not be in situations where you can catch a virus or use precautions. i would not care about wearing a face mask and plastic gloves out in public. that is better than getting worse vertigo imo. i am retired but i am going to stores and appointments with gloves and something covering my eyes and mouth like sunglasses over my glasses and a scarf over my mouth and gloves. i do not care how i look. people die from the flu and its flu season now. whatever you do never touch your eyes and mouth with your hands even if you have gloves on after being outside without washing them first. if someone sneezes near you move away from that area quickly.
