thanks so much muff. I am praying it doesn't travel into my inner ear. I don't know if it can travel but I am so worried about it since it is on the outside of my good ear.

So sorry to hear you are going through this, and dang! I thought one tiny silver lining of all this is that I wouldn't have to worry about shingles. Both my Mom and Grandmother had it very badly.
