Decreased appetite

Hi Jonn,
yes, me in the beginning. I could not bear the loud and annoying sounds while chewing. Worst was toast in my hyperakusis Phase. So I did not eat much.
On bad days chewing and swallowing still gives me problems, speaking too.
My brainfog got much better with vestibular excercises.
Changes in appetite might also be a symptom of a depression, which can be an extra challenge of MD.
