I have strange symptoms when lightheaded I Feel dizzy if I swallow or a slight movement Of my head , the dizzy spells are When my thyroid is too hyper or too sluggish Which creates an exhausted feeling. Is this Common with vertigo , to the point you can't swallow Without feeling worse?
