Yes I am okay. Yes, I have to readjust my thoughts a lot and regain perspective all the time.

I don't mind being alone at all and I don't wonder what everyone's doing unless I have cause to. Regaining perspective is something I do a lot, too. You're not alone!

I have several in a row.

I usually know why now, but yes there was a time I did that.

Karen, good. That really helped me. Once we got the right meds and dosage.
