I try but I mostly feel like an up hill climber with no hope of a flat road. Do you try to be positive?
I do. Just think of how beautiful the landscape will be when you get to the top! Do you have family help when you're not feeling well?
Not since going on Acyclovir, an antiviral. Took awhile to work but it does. Do you see an Otolaryngologist regularly?
No I have seen two and they do not agree with each other as to what I have. It was my regular family Doctor that actually put me on med that has helped. Do you have triggers?
Yes. I avoid caffeine, chocolate, low salt and a diuretic, and stress. The weather also affects me. Do you recognize an attack before it hits you or does it catch you unawares?
Oh I recognize it enough to know not to drive when I feel a certain way. However, since I have Vestibular Migraines as well I am consistently dizzy.. Caffeine will set me off, lack od sleep, salt if I eat southern ham and stress is a huge trigger for me as well, but I think the weather is my biggest problem. Does lack of sleep set you off?
Yes, but I get enough sleep unless it's something to do that keeps me up. Like the day my daughter had surgery. Not much sleep the night before, early day at the hospital and the whole day until 11:30 at night. No dizziness, but I couldn't keep anything in my stomach. I don't know where that strength comes from, but it seems to be there when I need it. Do you have to push yourself and manage to do what you have to?
Do you know that this is the front porch and not the fun and games? I have 6 app updates. Maybe my little one will let me borrow my phone to take care of this.
Tell it to BD, he's the one who started this thread! Do you know that kids today enjoy playing with electronics more than coloring? ;D
