Also are there any specific vitamins I should make sure the multivitamin has?

    Thanks,
    Nate

I’m bumping this for you. I know my doc wanted me to take 50 mg of niacin twice a day. Did nothing for me ‍♀️

Thanks, I've been doing some research and I think I found the multivitamin that ticks the most boxes of vitamins that could potentially help with Meniere’s Disease.

    Link
    • Vitamin B-1 (as Thiamin Mononitrate) 27 mg
    • Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 30 mg
    • Vitamin B-3 (as Niacin, Niacinamide) 100 mg
    • Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine) 36 mg
    • Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 120 mcg
    • Ginkgo [leaf] 10:1 Extract yielding 96 mg flavone glycosides and 24 mg terpene lactones
    • Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex 100 mg
    • Magnesium (as Oxide, Aspartate) 100 mg
    • Ginger [root] 8:1 Extract
    • Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 250 mg
    • Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopheryl) 30 IU
    Any thoughts?

This is a very old recommendation--I was told to do this when I was dx'd 45 years ago. It didn't do anything for me, either. I'm very surprised to hear this is still being recommended.

My doctor told me it had to be flushing niacin. Supposed to increase circulation in the ear. Did not help me.
