I have been taking low dose of Ativan, when needed, to help me get through bouts of vertigo & also helps when riding in car. Maybe 1 tablet a week. It's been the only thing that helped me. I turned in my first prescription of 2017 to my mail order pharmacy & guess what, Medicare does not approve Ativan for vertigo or Meniere's disease. Now Medicare is telling us what medications help us & what doesn't. My doc has tried to help but to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.
What!? I take Ativan for my vertigo attacks. Did you get this resolved? You can probably get generic pretty cheap, so maybe get it even if your insurance doesn’t cover it.
