Hi everyone , I've been taking the Valacyclovir by Ranbaxy for about 18 days now. I cut the pill in half because it's hard for me to swallow because it's huge. Does that interfere with its effect? I believe a side effect is that it's causing me to feel tired . Hopefully this will go away. Has anyone else had that side effect? How long did it take for anyone to get relief from vertigo, ear pressure , and off balance? I haven't got any yet my balance is horrible , vertigo still and ear pressure everyday is insane.
General rule of thumb: If the pill is scored in half, then it's ok to cut in half. If not, then better not to do that.
Scott Tom might be right, but I have to do.the same.thing with Acyclovir and I have had some hitches, but overall I feel a.lot better.
