   I know Dr. Foster has been mentioned here before and from what I recall, she does not believe that Meniere's is viral related. Has anyone ever been successful with her method to stop vertigo though? Here is a link that shows how to do it.

   This is a treatment for BPPV, not Meniere's. Quite different diseases, with different treatments.
   
   Meniere's seldom involves floating particles in the ear.

   Vertigo and menieres are not synonymous. As John says bppv is a completely different thing.
