Seeking advice. Recently diagnosed after having two drop attacks in February. Previous to that I had a few non-drop vertigo attacks over a 2 year period.

After the 2nd attack I went hard on my diet (no caffeine, sugar, dairy, grains, salt), and started the JOH protocol as well as betahistine and tons of water. I have had no episodes for about 8 weeks and feel pretty darn good actually.

I have not been driving since the 2nd fall. When can I feel confident to drive again, if ever?

Thanks in advance for your input :)

I did not drive for two years after I had drop attacks. Even now it is still on my mind "what if" it happens again. The drop attacks I had came without warning and it is always on my mind it could happen again. July will be three years since my last attack. Good luck.

This is a scary thing, if you can’t drive because of this it’s almost a disability.

Yes, I believe some are on Social Security disability because of MD. I am 80 years old and a little late for me to apply for it, although I have MD for more than 30 years.
