I had started Dyazide in July and had a remarkable response. I could hear again. It was wonderful. Well, last week, my allergies have kicked in and the tinnitus is horrible right now. I don't think my hearing loss is as bad but the ringing is driving me crazy. I am kind of in search of new specialist. My specialist has kind of made me angry and won't listen to me. This Meniere's sucks. I have had in many years and went into remission for several years. It feels like a pressure cooker waiting to explode. Sometimes, after the attack, you have a little relief. But, hate the awful feeling. Where can I find a decent specialist with Meniere's in the Atlanta area???
I am sorry to hear this. I too was in remission for 6 years before symptoms started again. For me tinnitus doesnt bother me but the constant dizziness and trouble concentrating is. Hope you find the right doctor. However, any doctor, even a bad one, is better than no doctor
