I starting sweating & felt as if I would pass out a few days agao. I kept trying to finish what I was doing but ending up make a run for the toilet before I passed ot. I had some kind of a rotation with my body as I kept trying to get up & get me a ativan. When I did finally regain enough consciousness to see where I was & what kind of a mess I was in I noticed my pills were all over the bathroom & I was too weak to walk for a while. I finally made it to my bed.I was so cold I turned off a/c & covered with up. I lay there for a couple of hours until my husband came in to see what heppened to me but there was nothing he could do. My head was soaked with perspiration & I had no energy at all so I laid there the rest of the day.
I am in my 80's so I expect to be sore but I could hardly walk & I was weak all day yesterday but tried to get my chores done. Thought I was getting better & bent over to do something & the off balance started again. I made it to bedroom but felt like everytime I got up I was lunging/lurching not walking. Thankfully I did sleep a little but I'm wondering Is this a new phase of Meniere's? I've had this many years & I'm to the point I won't go to a dr. I think I will try to rest today & see if that helps. Sorry for length but I needed someone to talk that might understand. Thanks for listening.

I can understand your reluctance to see a doctor, I too feel the same (I'm 84) but I think in this instant you need to get a check-up and find out what's going on. I've never heard of these symptoms cropping up in MD so go and check anyway even if it's just for your peace of mind.
