Has anyone had episodes of vertigo after using eye drops for dry eyes? I have not had vertigo in many years until recently. After starting to use over the counter eye drops (Refresh) for dry eyes the vertigo started again. I stopped the eye drops and the vertigo subsided. I don't believe it is just a coincidence. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have MAV (Migraine Associated Vertigo), as many people with MM do. My MAV is triggered by eye strain. I wonder if the eye drops could be triggering eye strain for you--though I guess they should be helping it.

Great that you figured out how to stop the vertigo. I hope you find another solution for the dry eyes.

It is possible that the way you tilt/move your head to apply the eye drops may be triggering BPV.

Stop using the eye drops for awhile and see if you notice a difference, maybe?
