This guy believes he got rid of his meniere's through fasting with water for 10 days https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ke0tcu6lDg0&t=245s . I did a water fast 12 years ago for 7 days till my legs got shaky. I had a gut problem and it did cure my gut problem. 10 days on water and I would need help to get around. I'm on heart medication now for afib so that's out for me but I would do it if I were younger and fit. I see the desperation in here and this would be a simple solution worth trying. Takes allot of will power the first 3 days , then your guts go to sleep and it gets easier until weakness sets in which was 7 days for me.

I have done fasting before , max 3 days and it helped my menieres a great deal. Now I am too skinny to try it much and i am in remission right now. It can reboot your immune system so they say. I believe it. My hearing would go up a bunch when i did it. 1 week is what I would do if i could afford the weight loss and if inwas still sick.
