    Hello friends!

Fucoidan extract sounds like it might be a promising addition to our arsenal.

It is an extract from brown seaweed and has been credited with the longevity of certain Japanese populations. It has shown promising potent antiviral (including all types of Herpes!) and anticancer effects and also is neuroprotective and boosts the immune system.

There doesn't appear to be much in the way of side effects either.

Sure sounds good to me! :)

I have read a bit about this and it seems that among its many properties it helps lower sugar levels in people with diabetes. One of the theories about a Meniere cause is precisely diabetes or pre-diabetes so it might be helpful if someone has this cause as well.

If someone buys it and tries what I mentioned, I just started with curcumin so until after a few months I can not add anything new.

I've started taking it since it seems like all pro and no cons (except for cost) but I'm taking just about everything known to man now so I won't know if this is the "magic bullet" but I don't care as long as something works! :)

I don't have any blood sugar issues thankfully so I won't be able to respond on that.

I have the same approach as you Rubygirl, try em all! I can always stop some when I'm better :)
