When i get frustrated and i am home in atlanta i 1. go for a drive with the top down with AC/DC blarring on the radio. 2. take a walk or go play catch with my son. when i am not in Atlanta 1. go surfing/boogie boarding/skim boarding------ depending on the surf/waves. 2. go fishing what do you do when you are frustrated.
