When my so called mm ear acts up I feel slightly off Balance fullness and mild hearing in lower tones loss (with the fullness only) tinnitus As well. The past year my good ear feels Clogged ( if I eat nuts chocolate or anything cooked in regular Cooking oil) my hearing has been perfect in the good ear Even when it's clogged sometimes I will Blow my nose and it's better most times as the clog Subsides I feel dizzy . If I blow My noes inside my Head feels Like it's moving. No tinnitus or hearing loss just motion sickness and dizzy. Anybody Familiar with these weird symptoms ? Any thought? Thank you dizziness has been lasting about 45 minutes if I take 4 12 mg antivert and 1/2 valium
The first symptom with my bad ear was that it was clogged. Nuts and chocolate, especially nuts, are high in arginine and encourage the herpes virus. Are you on anti-virals? I would look into that, because if it is virally caused, the sooner you can stop it, the more hearing and less symptoms you will have. Anti-virals have helped me with hearing, tinnitus, stuffiness, dizziness, and energy level.
