This is a free to use accurate audiogram tool built by an audiologist where you can test your own hearing and print out an audiogram that looks just like the ones you get from an audiology visit I would recomend selecting the "alt low tones" and that are a bit down the page and then test each ear independently. You will need some decent over ear headphones. So now,when you have an attack you can see for yourself how quickly your hearing recovers. You can use it as often as you like. There are no strings.
