I have had the full drop attacks in the past where it feel like someone violently shoves my head to the ground. Luckily I don't have these anymore but a lot of random times it feels like something pushes my head forward but not hard enough to make me fall just a quick feeling like when you are falling asleep sitting up. Does anyone else have this with meneires? Thanks
I have had this (only a couple of times) but slower than you are describing. It's like someone has wrapped a strap around my head and is pulling back and to the left (bad ear). Strong enough that I have to hold on tight to something to keep from fully tipping over. Very, very strange and only lasts 20-30 seconds. I wondered if this was related to drop attacks -- which I have never had.
