Thank you, though I wouldn't say I'm back, per se. I never really left (It's impossible to delete your account), though I'm not really interested in being an active member, either.

I'm confused. Based on what you say, why post at all, and why post this?

I'm having a hard time finding anything to do with health or fitness here. Since you never seem to provoke Nathan, I can see how my posting would give you cause to lash out.

I love weightlifting, bodybuilding. Been doing it for many years. Even competed in two competitions. That was, wow, ugh, twenty-two, I think, years ago. So long ago. But I still love to lift. When migraines and dizziness came, the lifting went. But I've been lifting again for the past two years, when I'm up to it. I love it so. Very empowering, and done right, results are rewarding. I've joined two gyms, and I also have one at home. I worked out this morning and felt great and so glad I did, because a front has moved in and now I'm dizzy, tinnitus increased, pressure & pain in my head, and I'm nauseous. Hopefully this will ease up soon.

Thanks JustRose. You know the saying - Different strokes for different folks! There's other types of exercise I'm not into at all. I'm terrible at sports. My family, except my Dad, were all into team sports. Wasn't the thing for me. Taking the dog for a fast walk sounds like good exercise to me. My dogs should be so lucky. Thankfully they have a big yard to run around in.

Enjoying the great outdoors in NSB. Swimming in the Atlantic water temp is 77 biking 15 miles on the beach and playing golf. Truly a wonderful month of physical fitness. So blessed.

Finally everyone in my home is doing some form of fitness activity. I hope it continues. Its easy not to, so I respect anyone who is doing something. At my gym I just saw an older woman using a walker coming in for personal training!
ACE puts out some good stuff. I dont plank every time but when i do, I usually doing a moving plank and form patterns with it...i get looks im sure, :)

I am going to end up killing my self. I joined a gym today....This is a huge step for me. I used to lift weights as a teenager and the guy seemed excited that I was a woman who lifted weights and enjoy it..... Well here goes I have an assessment tomorrow at 3pm. I hope I don't fall on my face!

Congrats on getting back on the exercise wagon and the weight loss Rose. Continued success to you!

I recently bought a folding stepper since I haven't been able to do much walking lately. It's a little tougher than I thought it would be but I'm trying hard to stick to it and power through!
