Hi Avi, My hearing has improved dramatically in recent months. In January of 2021 I retired from a job that was very stressful at times. Before retirement, my ENT advised me that my hearing loss was such that I qualified for hearing aids. I have not had a new hearing test since leaving all that stress, but I am totally amazed at times at the improvement lately. Tinnitus is still an issue depending on the weather, stress, etc...but not a hinderance. No change in meds, still using betahistine which, thank God, was for me a wonder drug. Im amazed how much improvement in all areas of this disease that I've experienced since stress is reduced.
So just stress reduced and Betahistine? No diuretic or something else? Here’s my hearing tests: (old to new) I don’t care about tinnitus and the 3Khz on my left ear is permanent 99.9% but the ultra high frequencies I just want a 15-30db improvement! And no more fluctuations
