Sort of. I'm working now to determine my bowel tolerance. Up to @14 grams today. But yesterday, I got a 1KG bag of ascorbic acid in the mail and misread the label. I had intended to take 3 grams after breakfast, so I added 3 teaspoons to some water and chugged it, thinking it was 1g per tsp. Well, it's 1 gram per 1/4 teaspoon for the stuff I bought, so I accidentally took 12 grams after breakfast instead of 3. Ooops. lol I had a little gas for a few hours, but nothing worse than that. And, i felt great all afternoon. Don't know if it was exactly because of the vit c, but here's hoping. Did you work up to bowel tolerance? Once you do, you are supposed to back off a bit to the point where you no longer have GI issues.
