How and where to do a CBTC scan? Hi, they recommended me to do a CBTC of my jaw and temporal bone. I called a radiology clinic and they told me that although the CBTC shows a lot of the skull, it would only catch a piece of the temporal bone and that they do not know what kind of test to do with this information that I give them. Are there CBTC tests that catch everything? Should I have two separate tests? If there is a test that catches everything, I would look for another clinic, but I don't know if what I'm asking for is possible. I didn't have much hope of looking at my dentures, but yesterday I read Papa Joe's thread: I bring you tidings of joy! And the key to his recovery was to have a dental scan, he does not detail what type and I do not really know how to explain myself at the clinic. In fact, they look at me surprised that I want to do a CBTC of my teeth because I have Meniere (I am getting used to everyone looking at me strange for requesting tests for my Meniere). Perhaps who recommended me to do the CBTC scan of the jaw and temporal bone has been wrong or refers only to the piece that catches the dental CBTC.
