Is this new? Been around anything that could affect the middle ear? I had this happen once when i slept next to a brand new nightstand that had a very strong odor of varnish. It went away after some hours.

I hear several different pitches, pulsatilla in the right, and occasional wierd clicks on the left.

Mine sounds like the guitar solo in Stairway to Heaven so I'm ok with it.

I downloaded a "noise generator" APP for my Iphone. I was able to tweak the sound to just about the exact frequency that my tinnitus sounds like at it's worst. Then I could play it at the volume that it sounded like to me. It freaked my wife out. She couldn't believe how loud and annoying it can be.
