Howdy! So, about 10 years ago I posted on this forum a LOT. I've missed you all! Life happened, I moved, new jobs, new kids, distractions... But I always missed everyone here and this community. When I got Meniere's Disease I really got into learning about the disorder and what the traditional treatment and things that are tried are. I've gathered a lot of info and I enjoy helping point others to good info to help them make informed decisions about what to try themselves. So you will see a lot of posts from me with practical advice about traditional Meniere's treatments. I hope they will be helpful in just giving you some new things to consider. I don't claim to be a Dr or expert and I expect to learn much from you too! In my suggestions and links and discussion I usually avoid any talk of alternative therapies (acupuncture, John of Ohio regimen, etc..) I don't think there is anything wrong with trying those things at all! I encourage it. I just don't have an opinion or any practical experience with them so I don't usually address them. Anyway, happy to be back. I'll try and engage a bit more again. I am also on several Facebook groups, so wherever I see you, happy to be here with you!
