I can do all things through ....what?

I'm new here diagnosed this year md. This helps me refocus I can do all things through _____? Fill in the blank I say to myself. Pills? Doctors? Other people? Myself? Nope not ever going to work. I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me. This has so far been the test of faith here folks. Is God really good? Yes He is. Then why do I sometimes when I go through this severe vertigo hate my life? It's to much I cry. It's a burden I have to bear that not visible to the outside.
I know God uses medicines herbs and people to help us, because God is mericiful. I'm praying for His mercy.
I just wanted to reach out to anyone who needed prayer.
