As you will soon see, I was a bit bored this afternoon. My apologies to Dr Seuss and his readers.
    BE HAPPY

    IF DOCTOR SEUSS HAD MENEIRES

I love to stagger, I love to fall
I love it lots, just like you all
I love skinned knees, they are the best
I love bumped heads, and all the rest

I love to stagger with my wobbly walk
I love to forget when I'm trying to talk
I love hard furniture, to bang my shins
I love people trying to hide their grins

I love thinking about the times I fell
There's nothing else I can do so well
I love to be among my peers
I love their leers and jeers and sneers.

I am happy to wobble, I am, I am
    I thank Meneires, I'm a lucky man
I love the drugs, and the side effects
I love being disabled, what the heck

I love the doctor that sees me this way
"It's not a medical fault" I oft heard him say
I love when he says that "I really do dread
But the problems you're having are all in your head"

I love having Meneires, I would have it again
I even love these friendly new men
These men who've come to visit today
In white coats with a straight jacket to take me away

There could be a lot more verses to this. I never even touched on Vertigo Tinnitus, Drop attacks etc.
If you made it this far into the poem you are probably sorry enough already.
I was just having a little fun. Have a great day!

I hear being able to laugh at life’s difficulties makes us stronger! It was a cute and funny poem to read!
