I'm back,sort of

    About a week ago while I was asleep I fell out of bed.While falling I grabbed a hold of the nightstand and managed to slice my palm open.It was a bloody mess.I had to go to Emergency and get my hand stitched up.
    I'm now wearing a bandage and a Procare sleeve over my right hand.

    I'm so sorry. What is the recovery time? Did you hit any muscles or arteries?

    You don't fall out of bed a lot do you?

    A Procare Sleeve takes all the fun out of it.

    Never fallen out of bed but have been kicked out more than I care to talk about.

    Always remember David, a basketball player once told me "you can't score unless you take a shot"

    Take it as a learning experience and you will be a better man for it.
