I was recently diagnosed with Meniere's. I've been on triamterene for a month and a half. I went four full weeks without vertigo. It was the best four weeks I've had in a long time. Anyways, yesterday I had vertigo, but it was different. I literally felt something "flip" or "click" in my head. Then I was dizzy. It happened a couple of times, and the dizziness got worse after each click until I had full on vertigo. Does anyone else ever experience that clicking? It's so hard to describe.
