Is it too much to ask?

For the cities to build some kind of small track into the roads so homebound people like me could get out 'n about easier? It could be a small magnetic track. You buy a little light-weight sit-down scooter type thing. But with magnetic blades instead of wheels. You just pop it into the track in the street in front of your house and off you go.

 

For family members to be supportive?
