Hi All Before I had relatively few dizzy spells. I would feel progressively worse in the days beforehand and kind of knew what was coming and also my hearing would dip around the bad spells but eventually come back somewhat. In the last few months though I find I can wake up in the morning feeling ok, then a couple of hours later the dizzyness comes on almost without warning and I get a lot more dizzy spells. My hearing isn't affected at all, but then saying that I now hear badly all the time in my affected ear. But also the dizzyness is rarely so bad now that I end up vomiting etc and after a couple of hours sleeping I can get back on with things. I was just wondering if this is just how things progress with Menieres? I started on the JOH regime a few weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to kick in and do its magic. Vince
Believe that for some the attacks become less severe - but with others it stays the same. One thing consistent about this darn disease - it is different for everyone.
