I'm taking the Valtrex for about 6 days now. I don't know how to explain it , I don't have any blurred vision but I guess maybe it's a little drowsiness . The brand is Ranbaxy . The nuero doc didn't prescribe acyclovir because , he said that was too high of a dose. I hope this feeling goes away because I have no other options. Anyone else experienced this ?
Sometimes things get worse before they get better with antivirals. I'd personally hold steady for at least 3 weeks and then see if the side effect goes away.
