I take the 12 mg chewable meclizine. I get it on Amazon. Around $5.00 bucks a bottle
Pharmacist turned me on to it when filling a prescription for prescribed meclizine. I buy the plain chewable. It works very well for me. It is my emergency med. Carry it everywhere.

Hello, first time poster from Sweden here. I was diagnosed with MD in left ear in January -23, but first symptoms started appearing in June -21. That was about two weeks after my first covid vaccine shot (coincidence?). My daily symptoms today are low freq. hearing loss, hyperacusis, mild dizziness, nausea and occasional vertigo attacks, last one about a week ago.

I’ve been on the JOH regimen since June this year and I take everything except the vinpocetine (I can’t seem to find it here in Sweden or get it shipped here unless I pay huge shipping costs). But I’m still constantly feeling like crap and with all the symptoms listed above. I also daily take multivitamin, B-complex, Magnesium/Calcium, Vitamin D, Pycnogenol and Omega 3. What more can I try? I asked my doc for antivirals, but here in Sweden the doctors don’t make the connection between viruses and MD. I’m feeling so beat down and desperate. I was really hoping for this regimen to work since I truly believe my MD is virus related and that the Covid vaccine somehow activated it. Thank You for taking the time to read.

I never heard that one. I doubt you would lose your ability to walk.

    Hello Jon.
Thank you for your information which is so clear
VitaCost no longer has the L-Lysine NSI3002122. Does anyone know if I can use any L Lysine vitamin? Or what’s the substitute?

Do you need the vitamin B6 in the Vitacost lysine product? Probably not; if you eat a diet filled with B vitamins.

But who, in fact, is able to eat a natural vitamin-filled diet year round? In fact, vitamin deficiency can be a major factor in geriatric decline. As we age, we need greater amounts of B (and other) vitamins, for with age, we both fail to absorb or utilize vitamins as well as when young, while at the same time (with age) our bodies need greater amounts of vitamins.

So, in short, yes, the B6 vitamin in the Vitacost lysine product can be a health positive. Certainly, it has no harm.
