I have been looking into John's Regimen recommended by a friend whom I trust who has MM. What I am noticing is that many of the remedies are for opening blood flow into the brain and this is the same thing that is happening when a migraine or headache is present as I understand it. Does anybody have any experience with using John's Regimen that is also dealing with migraine control/prevention?

    Thanks!

Hi Holly Look at all the posts here that vicki has started she seems to have the same symptoms as you She will advise you to start taking acyclovir 800 mg 3X'x per day.

I don't have exactly the same symptoms as you but I am doing the acyclovir and JOH's regiment and I am having some success.

But, be warned it is a long hard fought battle against this virus. It will be two steps forward and one step back for at least 3 months and up to six months.

This week I had two steps forward and today feels like a giant leap backward.

    Good Health to You

Thanks Santa. I spent about 4 hours reading the Vicki posts and did not find an answer  New to the site and maybe there is a way to search by topic? Have been integrating John's regimen products over the last 10 days and noticing a lessening of intensity of MM symptoms. Haven' yet arroach my ENT Doc about the Acyclovir but am prone to minor cold sores in my mouth or at the corners of my lips so that makes me suspicious. I see to that there is another medication that might be preferred? Thanks for your inputs! Just sorting this thing out.
