can anyone tell me what the is recommended "john of ohio" daily dosage of lemon bioflavonoid in milligrams. they come in 500 and 1000 mg pills and it just says two tablets in the article. i have just joined the site and i cannot figure out where to look for the answer. thank you
thank you very much. am just starting regime and hoping for similar results. one new supplement a week as recommended.
John, do you know if it's ok to take lemon bioflavonoids if I have a citrus allergy/sensitivity or have to avoid citrus fruits due to possible MAV? I know that with some supplements the allergy causing component is removed, but despite looking on the net for two days I can find no definitive info on this. I currently take Nature's Life Lemon Bioflavonoids with Hesperidin and Rutin - other ingredients listed are cellulose, rose hips, acerola juice powder, green pepper, stearic acid and silica.
I have no information, knowledge, or experience with this issue. I've heard of no allergic reactions to lemon bioflavonoids, but that certainly doesn't mean they don't or can't occur. Can't be of help on this matter. --John of Ohio
Ok, thanks anyway John. I have also emailed the company concerned so will post back if I find out the answer.
I also wondered about this, as the Heal Your Headache book by dr. Buccholz recommends avoiding citrus fruits to aid headache control. I’m desperate enough with the vertigo and sense that my good ear is getting Menierian so I’m going to try the Lemon Bioflavanoids. I’ll keep you posted. I don’t have a true allergy (hives, itch, breathing problems) to citrus - that would likely be a more serious concern.
I got my Lindberg Lemon Bioflavanoids. They are 700 mg tabs. I think I’ll start at one with breakfast and one with dinner. Sound right? I’m open to suggestions.
Give the lemon bioflavonoids a try, at the frequency and dosages you mentioned. (It's made from lemon rinds; a food.) --John of Ohio
