Hello all. My life changed in a relative instant 5 months ago. One day, I go to the gym as usual, no problem and the next day all he'll broke loose. Neck pain, dizziness, headache, nausea and tinnitus. I had doctor visits, MRI, physical therapy and pain management. I have had room spinning, but mostly laying down turning head ( BPPV). I am dizzy all the time with tinnitus mostly right ear, but lately in both ( at different pitch, loudness).

Try chiropractic care for cervical spine misalignment. Find a Palmer Method chiropractic doctor with a nerve scanner.

Thank you for the advice/recommendation. I am open to most anything, but surgery ( which I will do as last resort). Incidently, my Neuro surgeon has advised c6 and 7 artificial disk replacement, but said it would only alleviate the arm burning.

If you can find a Palmer Method chiropractor (there is a great one in Ventura, CA) he will ask for a specific set of x-rays including an open-mouth view looking backward toward the spine, and then, with those x-rays, he can use his nerve scanner to target the adjustment properly, which does not involve twisting the neck.

I also find that adopting a low-inflammation diet is very important to keep the neck muscles from flaring up and pulling the neck out of alignment between adjustments.
