We are having a rainy windy day in northeast Ohio and imam having a terrible time with louder than usual tinnitus...it is like a bell banging in my head ..so, loud I get dizzy and had to lie down...never had this loud before, I am scared .
My tinnitus usually picks up a bit with changes in the weather but ... hard to tell if that's causation or correlation.
Many people on this forum experience change in symptoms along with weather patterns. I am one of them.
It also gets worse for me in wet weather. Loud tinnitus has been frightening for me, too. My heart goes out to you. Knowing it will pass really helps though for me, so think of that and try to distract yourself. Chamomile tea can help relieve anxiety.
I too have been experiencing louder than usual tinnitus, both ears the past couple of days, the weather is cold, rainy, windy here in Northeast Montana!
