I came across this interesting research study that was published in Dec 2020. Maybe it’s been in the forum already but I found it really interesting and thought I’d share. There’s very high incidence of CCSVI in menieres patients, which isn’t new news but actually fixing the stenosis showed huge quality of life improvement especially with vertigo and dizziness in 75% of patients treated.
The study opened up new diagnostic criteria for menieres and possibly new treatments which could be helpful for people with bilateral menieres. In the study endovascular treatment seems to be low risk and helpful for vertigo/dizziness.
