Low Salt Bread

    When I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease I had to more or less give up bread due to its salt content. I recently discovered though that Everfresh's 100% Sprouted Wheat bread contains only 0.05 gm of salt per 100 gm. A seeded version is also available. In the UK the bread is available from Holland and Barrett stores. For further information please see link below:

    Hello John Peter,

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Despite it being quite some time since I last studied biology in school, I am curious to know if others have considered my idea and put it into practice.

    If vertigo is indeed triggered by fluctuations in salt levels, then I am contemplating whether maintaining a consistent level of salt might be a simpler approach than attempting to completely restrict salt intake. In my biology studies, I was taught that, through osmosis, the purest fluid naturally moves towards the less pure fluid. By establishing an equilibrium, one could potentially prevent any changes from taking place.
    If this statement is accurate, it could also serve as a means to avoid triggers. Has this been tested by anyone?
