    Hi everyone!
Well I did it again...I googled a bit too much and I found that there is a disease called meniere's and I am scared to have it!

I am kinda Dizzy these past weeks and I Think I Maybe had a vertigo attack? I stood up, went to the bathroom and then out of nowhere suddenly both of my ears popped, then I didnt hear for like 5sec and my tinnitus got really loud. Also it kind good dark BEFORE my eyes and this was like 10 sec long ! It really happened fast!
I went to a Neurologist and she did bunch of Tests with me for balance and said everything is fine! Also my hearing was also fine and good!

My neurologist and also Physiotherapist says IT's likely from the tension from my neck and shoulders making me that Dizzy! Also my anxiety !! But I dont know!!
I never had a vertigo attack just i am felling a Dizzy and off balance in my head and sometimes walking becomes a pain! I only hear my T in a quite room, the ear fullness even got better!! But my nose kinda feels stuffed now!
I started a new job at an office, so Maybe sitting all day and starting at a Screen isnt doing me a favour also! And who would have thought i also suffer from anxiety, health anxiety especially ! And tomorrow I am going to see someone who spezialises in T, because my other Ent's were kind useless!!
    Any advice is appreciated !

Doesn’t sound like Menieres. You may need to get your anxiety under better control, that alone can cause daily dizziness. As far as thinking you may have had a vertigo attack? Don’t worry if you ever have a Menieres vertigo attack you would know I promise you. I pray that it’s not Menieres in your case. Wouldn’t wish Menieres on my worst enemy.

You are most welcome. I know I have anxiety disorder, I don’t know if that’s what caused the Menieres (some people connect the two) or vise versa. I do know once I got on the correct anti anxiety medication it eased the dizziness quite a bit. Still have vertigo attacks once in a while that keeps me down for a day or two but all in all I do well. As far as your symptoms, Menieres usually will start in one ear not normal for it to start bilateral (both ears). Though later on it can move to the other ear. I think I would put Menieres farther down your list of worries for now, I’m not a MD, but it sounds like there’s a combination of things going on with you right now and and you’ll need to identify and fix them one at a time. It’s the “search and destroy” method. You’ll be OK. Just gotta find the right stuff for ya.

    Hi Rich!!
    Thank you again so much!!
Today I went to a T specialist and again I did an audiogramm after my first one in 5 weeks! Everything came out fine! No hearing loss! I talked to the doctor and told her everything and she said that the dizziness may come from the neck area and should area, also my jaw could also be a culprit!
I am trying not to worry anymore ( a really difficult task I know) but she also told me I really have to relax so that there isnt anymore tension so that the Fluid in the inner ear can move!! I never knew that!!
Anyways on monday tuesday and wednesday I am getting Infusions with cortison, so hopefully that will clear some inflammation that I might have and help me with my Tinnitus!
Yes you are right! I really do have soooo many things going on in my life that I have to slow down and not worry bc I am sort of a high worrywart!!
Again thank you so much!! I hope you are fine and pls stay safe in this crazy TIMES!!!
