Meals while traveling. Help!

    My wife will be in Europe for work, and I will join her for 2 weeks. This is the longest I will be out of the house traveling and I am panicking. We selected only airbnbs in order to have access to a kitchen. 3 years ago we spent 5 days in London, and my lunch every day was 2 boiled eggs and a protein bar I had taken in the trip. I will take my ezekiel low sodium bread. Any ideas of what I could make?

    Sorry to be a bit snarky, but we do have many food shops in Europe where you can buy all kinds of fresh ingredients and cook absolutely anything you can imagine. Just don't add any salt.

    Don't panic.
