The flock has landed and kitties say MEOWWWW, lol

 

This is sad.
My mom has a mama and 6 kittens under her she'd. The kittens are starting to come out to play.
They're so tiny.
A hawk came down yesterday and took off with one of the kittens.
My mom ran out and bought this pinwheel things to put away from the shed but enough that it might keep the Hawks away.
We never had anything like this happen before.
It's so sad.

 

I know. The shelter will come and get them at some point unless they leave which they do sometimes.
We're watching them from inside the patio doors to keep an eye out.
Mom and I stuck a few of our t-shirts under the shed to let them get our scent.
We're also asking friends of friends of friends if they want a kitten.
If not, our local pet shop will take them and show them on adoption day. They'll most certainly get a home. I love volunteering for the pet adoption clinics.

 

My kitties let me rub my face all over their face, ears and head.
I started when they we young and did it everyday.
Now they like it. They purr and one of them licks.
They each have a different way of showing their love.'when you lay on a bed and 4 kitties cuddle you up...well it's purrrrrfect.
