Hi - thanks in advance for any and all replies.

I have had tinnitus for a while now...over a year. I had the normal hearing tests (the left ear where I have tinnitus has lower high end hearing), had the mri and there was no issues. Also, went to a ENT and he checked my ear and said no fluid and they looked fine but said I have TMJ and need sinus operation as they are clogged and the usual treatments didn't help. Having that operation soon.

However, for a while I had unexplained nausea and fatigue but no dizziness, but the tinnitus would always be much worse during this time.

Last night the tinnitus was the worst ever and I got very dizzy and nauseous and still feel off and tired this morning after 10 hours of sleep.

My question is could this be Menieres?
    - Or because the ENT said there is no fluid (he did this by looking in it and through the nose) would this rule it out?
    - Could the previous nausea and fatigue be from this but just no vertigo?
