I have been having several spells lately where i get dizzy or the whole room tilts and the I fall to my right side. If I don't catch myself I fall to the floor. I was diagnosed 30 years ago with Menieres Disease. I have appt. with the ENT next week but saw the neurologist this week and he said it does not sound like MM. I have lost almost all hearing in my right ear. The Neurologist wants to do a MRV and a auditory/sensory evoke test. I truly believe it is the MM. This has just lasted for going on a month. I have not driven for 3 weeks and am afraid to go anywhere by myself. In March I had a MRI and CT scan that ruled out brain tumor and MS> I am suppose to go back to work on the 4th of January and in this state I do not see myself able to do this. I work in an Elementary school as the Secretary. I am just at a loss. I have spent my two weeks of christmas vacation at home not going anywhere unless it is for a ride with my husband. I am trying to follow a low salt diet and drink water and stay off caffeine. Any suggestions are appreciated at this point. Terry
