Has anyone tried neuroplasticity for the devil's music? I just did some exercises today and they really make your brain work in a different way. Trying to rewire those neurons that are firing out of control. An easy one I do on the reg is brush my teeth my opposing hand and stand on one leg. It sounds crazy, but rewiring your neurons is key to calming T.
